For Chicken strips

Chicken breast (Cut them in Julian shape)                  2 pcs

Soya sauce                                                                           2 tbsp

Chili sauce                                                                            2 tbsp

Salt                                                                                         add to taste

Black pepper                                                                       ½ tsp

Honey                                                                                    ½ tsp

Garlic (crushed)                                                                  1 tsp

Bread crumbs                                                                      1 cup

Egg                                                                                         1

Paprika powder                                                                  ½ tsp

Oregano                                                                               ½ tsp

Oil                                                                                           2 cups

For stir fried rice

Rice (boiled)                                                                         ½ kg

Oil                                                                                           1 tbsp

Garlic (crushed)                                                                  1 tbsp

Salt                                                                                         1 pinch

Black pepper                                                                       2 pinches

Carrot (Julian cut)                                                              1/2 pcs

Green Cabbage (Julian cut)                                             ½ pcs

Green capsicum (Julian cut)                                            ½ pcs
